Antje studied Business Administration at the Humboldt University in Berlin and the École Supérieur de Commerce in Grenoble, France. She first worked as a consultant at Arthur Andersen in the field of Technology Risk Consulting, as senior consultant and later as manager at the accountancy firm Ernst & Young in the area of Advisory Services. Ralf studied political and administrative sciences in Münster, at California State University (Fulbright) and at the Johns Hopkins University SAIS (Bologna). After holding positions at the National Institute of Health (Washington), at the United Nations, Bertelsmann AG as head of public affairs and Karstadt AG as head of corporate communications, he worked as a member of the managing board for the largest German PR agency, ECC Kohtes Klewes. He has many years of experience as a consultant of international clients in the education sector.

Sofia studied political and administrative science at the University of Konstanz and at the University College Cork (Ireland). She previously worked as trainee in the field of development cooperation in the Republic of the Congo for the French organization SAMUsocial International. She worked for the German Chamber of Industry Commerce in Ho Chi Minh City (Vietnam) and Casablanca (Morocco) as assistant in the field of import and export consultancy. In this function she prepared several national market studies. As team leader at the Friedrich Ebert Foundation she organised and ran simulation games for the political education of students all throughout Germany.

Sibylle Reiter studied Political Science at the Ludwig-Maximilians-University in Munich. She worked as the head of a book publishing house, as head of division at the Bertelsmann Foundation developing national and international education projects and as editor and writer at the CAP Center for Applied Policy Research at the Ludwig-Maximilians-University in Munich. She is currently working as editor and writer in the Bertelsmann Foundation’s “Europas Zukunft” (“The future of Europe”) program.
She represents Addisco in the area of Munich.
