Antje studied Business Administration at the Humboldt University in Berlin and the École Supérieur de Commerce in Grenoble, France. She first worked as a consultant at Arthur Andersen in the field of Technology Risk Consulting, as senior consultant and later as manager at the accountancy firm Ernst & Young in the area of Advisory Services. She was responsible for clients from various major international corporations as well as for the regional coordination of internal continuing education measures.

Sofia studied political and administrative science at the University of Konstanz and at the University College Cork (Ireland). She previously worked as trainee in the field of development cooperation in the Republic of the Congo for the French organization SAMUsocial International. She worked for the German Chamber of Industry Commerce in Ho Chi Minh City (Vietnam) and Casablanca (Morocco) as assistant in the field of import and export consultancy. In this function she prepared several national market studies. As team leader at the Friedrich Ebert Foundation she organised and ran simulation games for the political education of students all throughout Germany. |
